Welcome to the Hudson Port Ludlow

We are excited to host you and your group at our vacation home, the Hudson Port Ludlow! We hope you enjoy your stay and return home refreshed, relaxed, and with great memories of the "village by the woods in the bay." Please find instructions below to help you with your visit and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Getting There

The Hudson is located in the Admiralty Condominium complex, located at 60 Hood Way Unit #40 Port Ludlow, WA 98365. Due to temporary challenges with the Seattle to Bainbridge ferry service, please monitor the ferry traffic here before departure. Otherwise, we recommend driving directly to Port Ludlow, which should take up to 2 hours without traffic from Seattle. You may park in any of the available parking spaces. The door code will be sent separately via Airbnb or VRBO. Please enter the 6 digit code to open, and push the lock button when you leave the premises to initiate the lock.

House Rules

• Be respectful to our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
  • Please keep noise levels reasonable at all times.
• We DO NOT permit any fires outside except for cooking in an approved grill provided by the Owner.
• DO NOT hang towels or clothing from the windows, decks or balconies.
• For everyone’s safety, fireworks are NOT ALLOWED.
• No parties are allowed (without inviting us!) and occupancy limits must be adhered to. No more than 8 guests nor pets are allowed.
• No smoking is permitted in the Hudson. This includes the balcony and entry areas.
• Please do not wear shoes in our freshly carpeted home. Shoe cabinets and a boot tray are provided in the entry for your use.
• Garbage services are available with dumpsters located on the first level of the unit. Take the pathways around the unit to reach the garbage enclosures. Unfortunately, compost services are not available, but if you are so inclined, you can drop off your recyclables at the nearby collection bins a few blocks away here: Google Maps Link.
  • Note: This is behind the Shell Gas Station.
• Please adhere to safety rules within the Port Ludlow Beach club as our guests. Within the property, please note that the balcony areas have lower rails so young children should not be left unattended.

Check In / Check Out Procedures

Check in time is at 4 pm PST.

Check out time is at 11 am PST.

Night Before Check Out:

Please wash, dry and fold back into the hall closets any USED beach towels. This is a HUGE help to our Cleaners and their ability to turn over the Unit within 4 hours. Thank you for the understanding and support.

Day of Check Out

Please help the cleaning crew with the following tasks. It makes a difference with our cleaning crew's ability to turn over a unit in a timely manner.

1. Load and run the dishwasher
2. Empty the Keurig coffee maker of any remaining water
3. Strip the used beds of all linens aside from the mattress pads/protectors
4. Leave any soiled towels in the bathroom or washing machine
5. Empty the garbage bins
6. Close the windows and turn off the heat in each room.
